Driver Education Pamphlet Project |
| Instructions: 1. Each student will research car safety information and use that information to create a safety pamphlet. Some examples are seat belts, crumple zones, child restraints, side impact protection devices, etc. You must have resources on the back of your pamphlets. 2. Students that are working with partners are responsible for their own pamphlet. (No group pamphlets) 3. Your pamphlets do not have to be computer generated. You can print pictures from the internet and paste them to a sheet of paper. Computer generated does sometimes look more professional. 4. If you are doing this project in a computer lab DO NOT print out more than 2 pages of information. |
| Hint 1: Try not to
have too much text on your pamphlets. Clear concise
points make information more meaningful. Hint 2: Try and find good pictures that illustrate the safety information you are trying to convey. Remember that a picture says a thousand words. Hint 3: Color in your pamphlet is also very important. This doesn't mean you have to print the images in color. You can print in black and white and color the image in later with markers or crayons. Hint 4: Cut and save all gathered information to Claris or Word before you start developing pamphlets. |
