GOALS

1. Student-Centered and Social-Emotional Learning - District staff will utilize the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and NVRHS student support systems to create a personalized, student-centered learning environment that prioritizes our students' social and emotional well-being. 

2. Assessment & Grading - Staff will create and implement grading practices that support learning for mastery by regularly analyzing data from assessments, identifying gaps in learning, and determining where to offer targeted opportunities for revisiting parts of the curriculum. 

3. Technology - To continue fostering a culture that values the purposeful integration of technology with an emphasis on our new Learning Management System (LMS), CANVAS, in the 2022-23 school year. 

4. Communications - To continue to foster positive relationships with members of the Northern Valley community, staff will communicate accurately, timely, and efficiently at all levels to ensure all stakeholder groups receive consistent messaging aligned with the school district’s mission, vision, and goals.
