1. Student Engagement - To continue to foster a sense of belonging within the school communities and promote academic optimism among students, teachers and administrators will participate in professional learning and implement strategies in areas that have been shown to increase student cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement.

2. Assessment Literacy - To continue the work of engaging the school communities in assessment literacy, teachers and administrators will develop high-quality standards-aligned common assessments and use the data to adjust and modify instruction.

3. Technology - To further develop a culture that values the purposeful integration of technology, faculty and administrators will continue to learn about, adapt, and implement new digital tools to enhance teaching and learning, with an emphasis on the new Learning Management System (LMS) and other emerging technology.

4. Finance - To manage the ongoing cost increases facing the school district, the board will work closely with the administration to monitor and analyze spending and program impact throughout the school year.
