Beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, Northern Valley Regional High School District is operating under an updated Mission and Vision. Our mission remains unchanged at its core: Northern Valley is a safe and supportive environment where every student develops self-worth, mutual respect, academic excellence, and moral integrity. What was added was the pillars our daily work revolves around; adaptability and self-regulation, collaboration and communication, creative problem-solving, critical and systems thinking, data literacy, digital and AI fluency, empathy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and ethical reasoning and civic responsibility, paired with a deep sense of humanity.
Our revised Vision 2026, "Ready for Our Tomorrow," describes the graduates we are working together to shape: students who thrive in a technologically dynamic and globally connected society, discover their passions, and learn to create, serve, and lead with integrity, in an ever-changing world.
